About me
Lesli Morris is the high school ELA (English Language Arts) teacher specialist for Canyons School District in Sandy, Utah, and is currently serving as the Utah Ambassador for the News Literacy Project and is on the selection committee for the Notable Books for a Global Society Award. She has a B.A. in English and an M.Ed. in curriculum instruction and design with a focus on literacy. She also holds ESL, instructional coaching, and educational technology endorsements and is and ISTE Certified Educator. One of her goals is to relentlessly promote diversity and pursue equity in education through access to quality curriculum and by supporting teachers with research-based instructional practices.
