For new hires, this summit is their first connection to CSD. Is there a workshop or registration table that we can guide new hires to so that they can connect with someone on the CSD team, get questions answered, or feel like they have a colleague and familiar face available to them during the conference? We also suggested a different color name badge to help presenters know the new people and start building connections. Not sure what this will look like, but wanted to start a conversation about it.

This workshop will provide a refresher or review of the CTESS evaluation system through highlighting and providing exemplars of the key elements of the district evaluation. It is a great place to bring your evaluation questions and provide a solid foundation for your next years’ CTESS. This session is designed for veteran Canyons teachers – a full CTESS training will happen for newly hired teachers in the fall at the CTESS Academy
