In this session we will dive into improv-based team-building games that any teacher (or admin) could use with their classes to provide a safe space for students to express themselves, engage without fear of failure, and build stronger interpersonal connections. Improv is a proven technique to teach listening skills and build a positive classroom community. We will teach you a few different improv games that are easy to use in any classroom as a brain break, morning meeting/starter routine, community building/ice breaker activity, or PBIS reward.
