The Road to Success: Driving a Love for Reading in Elementary Schools OPEN SEATS
Tuesday June 3, 2025 10:00am - 11:00am MDT
Start your engines! This presentation explores how the Road to Success program, developed by Success in Education, serves as a vehicle for classroom teachers to cultivate a lifelong passion for reading among their elementary students and their families.
Early literacy is the ignition key to academic achievement. Recognizing this, the Road to Success program was established to enhance literacy skills in K–6 students, by providing educators and students with tools that incentivize daily reading practice.
The Road to Success program's impact in Canyons is evident. In the 2024-25 school year, Canyons View Elementary School students and their classes logged over a million minutes of reading winning the program’s Winter Reading Challenge.
Learn more about how integrating reading incentives into daily schedules can help students better prepare for future academic and career achievement, truly traveling the road to success. Join us as we delve into how you can use the Road to Success program to steer young minds toward a brighter, more literate future.
