FOR ADMIN: In this session, administrators will utilize the CSD PLC Roadmap to assess their school's current stage in implementing effective Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and the various components. Additionally, they will use the roadmap to strategically plan next steps for supporting teachers in strengthening PLC practices. Admin are HIGHLY encouraged to attend this session in teams. (i.e. with a VP/Principal or achievement coach)
