2025 Elevated Teaching Summit

This interactive session explores how educators can use MagicSchool AI tools to support multilingual learners, particularly newcomers, through the PIE lesson framework (Preparing the Learner, Interacting with the Text, and Extending Understanding). Participants will engage in hands-on activities to see how AI-powered scaffolds enhance engagement, collaboration, and comprehension.

We will demonstrate:

P (Preparing the Learner): Using MagicSchool AI to personalize lesson content based on students’ experiences and interests, making learning more relevant and engaging.

I (Interacting with the Text): Leveraging AI tools to facilitate discussions that promote collaboration, critical thinking, and deeper analysis.

E (Extending Understanding): Applying AI-driven strategies to address misconceptions, model academic language, and support independent learning.

Educators will leave with practical, AI-enhanced strategies to better scaffold instruction and support multilingual learners in meaningful, interactive ways
