The key focus must be on ethics: AI should never replace the core skills of learning, critical thinking, or creativity. Instead of asking, "Will this use of AI make my life easier?" students should be asking, "Will this use of AI make me smarter or better?" We need to guide them in leveraging AI to enhance their growth, not to avoid the hard work of thinking and problem-solving.
