Turning Data into Dialogue: Tools and Tips for Leading PLC Conversations OPEN SEATS
Tuesday June 3, 2025 10:00am - 11:00am MDT
Too often, PLCs collect data but get stuck asking, “Now what?” This session is designed to help PLC leads and teacher leaders simplify data conversations and guide their teams toward meaningful next steps that improve instruction.

Explore a sample PLC data dashboard—designed to make data visible, not overwhelming—and practice using simple prompts to focus your team’s attention on what matters most. Together, we’ll break down what kinds of data move student learning, how to frame productive team questions, and how to connect data directly to instructional decisions.

Leave with:
A practical template you can adapt
A list of go-to data types to pull when your team needs direction
Conversation moves and question stems that shift teams from data collection to action
Ideas for embedding this into your regular PLC flow—no extra meeting required
